great coffeehotel breakfastclean room

i found a couple of bakeries just across from the entrance, convenient for morning coffee and pastries. they had great options so i skipped the hotel breakfast (it was 15 euros). the room was clean and it had all the basics (i did check this beforehand).

the tv had a complicated login procedure (i almost gave up).

mixed feelings about the stay

the location was acceptable since it was near many restaurants.

the check-in process was a nightmare, i got what was like a million emails and texts asking for my id and card info. customer service kept repeating it was 'standard policy' when i called to complain. it all felt very insecure, like a phishing scam, and i was frustrated by it.

location was fine, close enough to everything. staff were friendly to me. the room looked faultless. i could leave my luggage after checkout, convenient.

access code to the building not worked one of the days. i had little space to hang clothes. this was annoying.
